The PMP is set up to provide professional event riders with a support system which enables them to access advice and subsidised training at any time. The scheme is ideal for aspiring young riders starting up in the sport and offers a refresh for the rider wishing to improve their strategy.

Training support for dressage, show jumping and cross country on all weather surfaces and grass.
Specific sessions using slow motion video and photography to improve techniques.
Specific advice on fitness, riding xc at the right speed and safety.
Preparation of horse and rider for international squads.
This part of the scheme will offer the riders training through the winter months as well as support leading up to international events. Riders will be able to gain individual subsided training with a PMP coach of their choice as well as training days at suitable venues.
This part of of the scheme offers riders a personal service as well as zoom sessions with coaches and experts. It will focus on developing a system and can include yard visits.
This part of the scheme is designed to offer riders ongoing support throughout the competition season.
The Performance Mentoring Programme is a Company Ltd by Guarantee overseen by directors and will support the Performance Mentoring Programme (PMP) for professional event riders and the Performance Coach Development Programme (PCDP) for performance coaches.
The Performance Mentoring Programme is overseen by Caroline Moore, Ros Canter and Nick Turner. Mentors are to be BE Master Coaches and/or have experience as a senior international squad coach.
The Performance Coach Development Programme is overseen by the directors and led by Sue Ringrose and Caroline Moore.
The Performance Mentoring Programme fund raising committee is led by Caroline Moore, Jane Peters and Lucy Jackson.
Outside advisors will be sourced in marketing and business management, as required.
