Heidi Coy
Heidi, 23, started her riding career in the working hunter pony ring where she won at the Royal International Horse Show and had many placings at Horse of the Year Show. She started eventing at the age of 13 on her pony Riversdale Magic Heart who was third at the Badminton Grassroots Championship.
Heidi went on to win a double silver medal at the Junior Europeans in Fontainebleau on her own horse Royal Fury. Heidi had produced ‘Rory’ from a five-year-old and then won an individual Bronze medal at the Young Rider Europeans in 2019.
She has produced many young horses up the levels, including Russal Z who was Reserve British Champion at Bicton CCI4*u25 in 2021 and a part of the winning Nations Cup team at Houghton, taking the runner up spot individually in the 4*.
The following year, 2022, Halenza started with a win in the Advanced u25 at Thoresby then went on to finish third in the U25 championships at Bramham Park.
Heidi hopes to continue producing horses up the levels with success and is aiming for a 5* in the 2024 season.
