Caroline passed away on 8th March 2025. She had an amazing work ethic, passionately developing a sport she loved, leaving the equestrian world in a better place. Her dedication and enthusiasm, together with her professional care and standards, were admired by sports people throughout the world and she was held in the highest regard.

Caroline was a proud Fellow of the British Horse Society and committed to education and betterment. She achieved great success as a trainer, but her compassion and support for those she coached went far beyond her training. She had the foresight to instigate the Performance Mentoring Programme, a wonderful legacy, which the Directors – Nick Turner, Ros Canter and Sue Ringrose – will all strive to continue to make a success.

Caroline devoted her life to equestrian sport, in particular Eventing, and she will be very much missed by all those who knew her.
