Team and Individual World Champion 2018, and the reigning European Champion, Ros also won Badminton and Pau 5*s in 2023 followed by Olympic Team Gold in Paris and Burghley 2024.
With several team medals making their way back to her Lincolnshire base, and top 10 placings at the highest level, Ros is also a renowned trainer, often working alongside Caroline Moore in delivering sell out demonstrations around the country in the ‘off season’.
