Development coaches on the programme

The coach development programme has been set up to assist future world class coaches in their own personal development. This may come in the form of shadowing other top international coaches at home and at competition, helping develop programmes for riders at 4&5* level, working with course designers and many other areas which lead to an all-round education at a higher level. Ideally this programme will help produce coaches ready to step into an international coach or performance managers position.
