Performance Mentoring Programme (PMP)

Tim Rogers UKCC Level 3

Tim brings over a decade of European eventing experience to his coaching endeavours. Achieving medals at the Individual European level and excelling in top-level competitions, Tim has garnered invaluable insights from mentors like Pippa Funnell, Lucy Wiegersma, Ian Woodhead and Richard Meade. During a six-year tenure alongside Harry Meade, Tim honed his skills as both a rider and respected trainer, earning a spot on the Olympic training squad.

Transitioning from competitor to mentor, Tim began coaching grassroots enthusiasts to aspiring elite riders. Operating near Badminton, he guides a successful team of horses while nurturing the next generation of eventing professionals. His modern coaching approach blends classical training methods with innovative exercises, tailored to each individual’s needs. Tim emphasises personalised progress tracking through comprehensive post-session breakdowns, empowering students with guidance for ongoing development.

Completing the UKCC Level 3 coaching programme in early 2023, Tim cements his commitment to enhancing coaching expertise, ensuring top-tier guidance for his students. As a guiding force in eventing, Tim offers a progressive coaching style that empowers riders to realise their potential in the world of eventing.
