Ellie Healy

Ellie Healy, 23, is based in Derbyshire. Horses have been a huge part of her life forever; she grew up watching her mum event to the top level and quickly got the eventing bug!

She always had young ponies to produce and took her 14.2hh, bought as a four-year-old, from her first ever BE competition to winning a team gold medal at the Pony Europeans.

Ellie has since produced horses from four-year-olds up to 3*L level and she currently has one horse at 3* and a younger horse coming up behind him.

Producing young horses is what Ellie really loves to do, especially when she takes them all the way through the levels. She thoroughly enjoyed being part of the youth programme from 16-21, benefitting from excellent training as well as making wonderful friends.

She is looking forward to getting to know her mentor and everyone on the PMP programme.
